Happy New Year, everyone!
Last year, I embarked on another songwriting journey rich with poetry. I wrote from the scar of several failed romantic connections, instead of the wound of them. From that emotional compost, “Digital Roses” sprung up from the soil with all of its thorns and softness.
I’ll speak more extensively about the song’s backstory and process in a few days as its EP, Off the Hinge, debut draws closer. For now, please enjoy this tender tribute and longing for tangible connection, something I hope all of us will find in 2025.
